Spaghetti Squash Casserole, Low Carb Recipes
Since Tuning in to my body’s inner wisdom (Step 1 of my Synergy Weight Release System) about what foods are best for my body, I received the signal loud and clear that I needed to cut back on the starchy carbs in my meals. Now in the beginning the thought frightened me because I was a carb-a-holic! I would go into carb overload on a daily basis. Once I realized the massive amounts of carbs I ate wasn’t serving me or my body, I worked to clear my inner, subconscious programs surrounding my carb addiction. Using EFT I was able to easily and effortless decrease my carb intake tremendously without missing or craving them.

I will not tell you what food you need to eat, or reduce, or any of that, but what I will do is help you to tap in to your higher self so you can hear for yourself what your body wants and needs, and you will also be able to discern subconscious cravings from true body signals. It’s a gradual process, but the results are amazing.
