My 5 Favorite Healthy Recipes
Okay before I get started listing my 5 favorite healthy dishes, there’s 6 things you need to know about me:
- I am a total FOODIE – so these dishes totally Rock!
- I am a vegetarian – enough said.
- I am Italian – Mangia, Mangia!
- I am a pretty decent cook, but do best with established recipes that I can tweak, as opposed to creating my own recipes.
- I find it really hard to stop at 5.
- I am a Pisces, which means that I change my mind often, so my list will be different tomorrow!
