Okay before I get started listing my 5 favorite healthy dishes, there’s 6 things you need to know about me:

  1. I am a total FOODIE – so these dishes totally Rock!
  2. I am a vegetarian – enough said.
  3. I am Italian – Mangia, Mangia!
  4. I  am a pretty decent cook, but do best with established recipes that I can tweak, as opposed to creating my own recipes.
  5. I find it really hard to stop at 5.
  6. I am a  Pisces, which means that I change my mind often, so my list will be different tomorrow!
