Feeling Stuck? 5 Ways to Jumpstart Your Weight Release!
We all have periods where we get in a rut or we feel stuck and unmotivated. Well the best way to
change that and to kickstart your weight release is to change things up a bit! The human body is
designed to automate systems and actions which is a good thing for the most part. However, over
time, the body and brain work together to create and sustain patterns and behaviors that may not
be in your best interest. Habits get created and deeply ingrained, and they become difficult to break.
You become hard wired as a result of your thoughts, feelings, and actions of the past. Every time you
react to an emotional or environmental trigger in a certain way, the pattern of behavior gets more
deeply ingrained and automatic. But don’t fret, there’s good news, you can reboot and re-program!
Here are 5 things you can do right now to shake it up, and start releasing the weight (and the programs), and
break through your weight set point:
1. Make a decision to Tune In more! When you set your intention to tune in and increase your awareness
you are focusing in on what’s going on around you and within your body and your mind. When you tune in, you
will be aware of when the automatic pilot takes over the wheel and you’ll be able to stop it in it’s tracks.
2. Move that body more! This is a perfect way to start shaking things up. Your body’s not going to know
what the heck is going on! Moving your body more will physically increase your metabolism but it will also create
new habits and programs, while deleting old, worn out programs of inactivity and lethargy. It will also make you feel
better. You don’t have to do anything strenuous, it can be as simple as adding more walks in your week or
adding a morning dance meditation to your daily routine. The main thing to keep in mind, is to make sure it’s fun!
3. Add at least 5 minutes of clearing work to your day, every day. Clearing work is a powerful way to reboot,

4. Create a Feel Good Challenge! When you feel good, it stirs your body up and puts you in alignment with your
desires. Have you ever noticed when you start a diet, you are all excited, motivated, and you feel good? The weight
comes off quickly at first, so you are optimistic and happy? Then over time, something shifts – the diet doesn’t feel
good anymore and you begin to feel deprived? Then you notice the number on the scale not changing, so that
makes you feel worse? Well, when you feel bad, low, deprived, unmotivated, unhappy, etc, you are not in
alignment with what you want -a thin, healthy, and fit body. How can you feel thin and trim when you feel bad? Feeling
better, actually will move you into vibrational alignment with your desires. Feeling thin (even before the number on the
scale reflects it) is a huge factor in shifting the energy and your weight release! So grab a few friends and start a
feel good challenge where you can motivate and inspire one another to feel good. It’s a great way to raise your
vibration and create a new, healthy habit – the habit of consciously raising your energetic vibration.
5. Hire a coach, healer, or trainer, to help keep you motivated and accountable. The best way to release the
weight is to make a promise to yourself that you will do it. Sometimes you need help keeping that promise. There are
