Mock Chicken Salad That Will Make Your Tummy Sing
The one thing I missed when I became a vegetarian over 20 years ago was chicken salad. Then wouldn’t you know it, I got introduced to the world of tempeh! Tempeh is a fermented soy bean product that is super good for you, and it is actually considered a super food because of it’s healthy benefits.
I love the seasons of Spring and Summer because the weather is so nice and there always seems to be one party, picnic, or celebration right after another. Since I am a vegetarian, the only way to insure that there will be food that I could eat, is to make a dish and bring it along. I love eating healthy, but you don’t have to sacrifice taste for healthy food.
How to juggle it all?
Many of us work full time jobs, have children and a household to run and organize; and sometimes it’s just too overwhelming to even consider adding one more thing on our plates.
When you are faced with low energy or lethargy due to being overweight, I can totally relate to your overwhelm and discouragement. I mean, how in the world do you have the energy (and time) to exercise, eat right (we don’t say diet in my world), and discover/clear the underlying reasons that are at the source of your negative eating habits?
Well I have come up with 8 steps to make your life easier when facing the need to release the weight and keep up with all your other priorities: read more

I am such a foodie, AND I love to cook, and I have about 40 or 50 vegetarian cookbooks that I own. But now with the recent surge of food and cooking blogs, I am in complete heaven. Recipes are at my fingertips anytime I want. I simply Google a specific ingredient that I need to find a new recipe for and voila, recipe after recipe at the click of my mouse. I click and print my recipe to add to my 3 ring binder, which is overstuffed with recipes from over the years. I am an eco friendly kind of gal too, so all that paper does distress me a bit, even though I really like to have my recipes accessible when I need them and categorized so I can find them easily. read more

If you’ve never tried tempeh, you absolutely must try this nutty tasting vegetarian delight! Tempeh is made by fermenting whole soybeans. It’s even a healthier option than tofu because of the fact that it’s fermented. Tempeh is pretty much a super food, and it’s packed with protein and fiber. Those two qualities help you to feel full longer and that will definitely help you in your weight release efforts! Other benefits include that it’s easy to digest, it’s low in sodium, and it contains natural antibiotics. Because tempeh is one of my favorite foods, I am going to share some tempeh recipes with you.
Spaghetti Squash Casserole, Low Carb Recipes
Since Tuning in to my body’s inner wisdom (Step 1 of my Synergy Weight Release System) about what foods are best for my body, I received the signal loud and clear that I needed to cut back on the starchy carbs in my meals. Now in the beginning the thought frightened me because I was a carb-a-holic! I would go into carb overload on a daily basis. Once I realized the massive amounts of carbs I ate wasn’t serving me or my body, I worked to clear my inner, subconscious programs surrounding my carb addiction. Using EFT I was able to easily and effortless decrease my carb intake tremendously without missing or craving them.
With my unique step by step system to releasing the weight and transforming your relationship with food, you are in the driver’s seat. I will not tell you what food you need to eat, or reduce, or any of that, but what I will do is help you to tap in to your higher self so you can hear for yourself what your body wants and needs, and you will also be able to discern subconscious cravings from true body signals. It’s a gradual process, but the results are amazing.
