When it comes to optimizing the Law of Attraction for weight release, you will want to revise and improve the content of the story you tell every day of your life.

As challenging as it may be, it’s important to rid yourself of those words, thoughts, and actions that support the message that you’re overweight.  I totally understand how it doesn’t feel like truth to say “I am so thin and fit” when you’re 60 pounds overweight. But the idea behind telling an improved version of the “I’m 60 lbs overweight and feel really fat!” story is that your energy vibration will begin to shift to the new and improved story.

Rather than say something that totally throws you off the rails, like saying how thin you are, try softening the old “…I’m fat…” story by inching your way closer to the desired story of “I’m thin and fit!”  Here’s one way you can improve your story today, start thinking and saying:

“I’m on my way to improved health! With each new day I am feeling better, eating healthier, and exercising more. I am excited to watch the positive changes occur in my body and my energy level.”

lawofattraction-directingthoughtsToday’s Law of Attraction Card is:  I am developing the skills to direct my thoughts.  When it comes to weight release and Law of Attraction this is the foundation.  It sounds easy right? Well for many people it takes training and practice to be the Masters of Thoughts, especially when it comes to our bodies or weight.  It can feel like an uphill battle to feel good about yourself when you recently put on 40 pounds, I know, I’ve been there. But it’s important to work towards this goal.


The most valuable skill you could ever develop is that of directing your thoughts towards what you want and to have an increased awareness level to realize when you’re slipping down the slippery slope of negative thinking. Sometimes negative thinking creeps up on you so fast that you don’t even realize you’re falling victim to the negative. I recently had a strategy session with a coach regarding money and business success, and I couldn’t believe the stories I have been telling myself, not to mention the level of my vibration regarding money and success. Holy Cow, and I am a certified Law of Attraction Coach!  But for so many of us coaches, we spot it in others, but don’t always see it in ourselves.

Weight releaseThis is the final step on the road to gaining  freedom from your food obsessions.  The previous steps were: Tuning in, Discovery, Clearing, Releasing, Loving, and Attracting.


Step 7 is Re-create.

Now it’s time to do it!  This is the step where you put it all together and go forth with your plan to integrate the steps to wholeness and alignment. Keeping your inspirational vision front and center with a transformed mindset, living as a healthy person, knowing you are well on your way to your goals!


What you are experiencing during this transformation, is not only a transformation of your body, but of your mind, and spirit as well. You are rewiring your neural networks thus creating a new normal. read more

The past 5 days I went over the first 5 steps to achieve freedom from food obsessions. They were:

Step 1 – Tune in

Step 2 – Discover

Step 3 – Clear

Step 4 – Release

Step 5 – Love


And the 6th step to rid yourself from food obsessions is Attract.

That’s right, using attraction principles and Universal laws, like the Law of Attraction is a very important step to achieving your goals. When you are in vibrational alignment with your goals, both on a conscious and subconscious level, you have now created the pathway for the manifestation of your desires.  The best way to understand this concept, is imagine that you are on your way to the park. You have directions there, but for some reason you take the road to the right, instead of the road to the left, like the map shows. The road to the left would have taken you straight to the park, but the road to the right takes you to a completely different, and unwanted place.  You see, alignment and energy works the same way. In order to achieve your desires, you must be in energetic alignment (on the same wave length or path) with the desire, in order for it to manifest.

Love and acceptance of yourself, your body, and your journey.


Loving yourself is a very important part of weight release. Love and weight release truly do go together.  However you may find it difficult loving yourself while being overweight, and feeling so out of control around food.


You may feel anger that you “let yourself go like this,” that you continue to punish yourself by eating more, not caring, or even despising yourself.  Or you may be beating yourself over other things from your past. read more

Today we are going to discuss step 4 which is RELEASE.


In order to be free from your food obsessions, you need to release them.


Release and clear are two very similar concepts, however with regards to the Synergy Weight Release System™, when I refer to release I am referring to the process of releasing the story, releasing the attachment to the outcome, releasing the HOW that it’s going to happen, and releasing the need for this obsession in your life.

image002If there was any step that is more important than all the others when it comes to eliminating your food obsessions, I would say it would be step 3.


In my last two blog posts we went over Step 1 – Tuning In, and Step 2 – Discovery.  Once you’ve Tuned in and discovered what’s at the heart of your food obsessions, now you can move on to Step 3 – the Clearing step!


The reason why the clearing step is the most important, is because of the way we are wired. Science has shown, that by the time we reach adulthood, 95% of what we do, think, and feel are conditioned subconscious programs.   read more

In yesterday’s blog post I talked about the desire to achieve independence from food obsessions.  Frankly, it’s not enough to simply desire weight release. On a side note: I use the term weight release because weight release is not only losing the excess pounds, but it’s also a mindset transformation. Weight loss is simply a result of dieting, and is usually short lived. Energetically when you lose something you do everything in your power to get it back. That’s weight loss in a nutshell. On the other hand, when you release, you set it free, you experience a shift that results in long lasting results.


In order to achieve the release as opposed to the loss, it’s not enough to simply desire the number on the scale going down. That’s one of your intentions, yes most certainly, however you’ll want to intend deeper and that is to desire to be free from your food obsessions. Once you clear your food obsessions your body naturally transforms, and your behaviors change quite effortlessly and intuitively.


Today is Day 1 of 7, where I will teach you the  key ingredients needed to achieve independence from your food obsessions.

Do You Want Independence from Your Food Obsessions?

You want to release weight, that’s what’s important to you right? Well, releasing weight is the end result that you’re seeking. The main reasons diets fail is because diets focus on the body, with the ultimate goal being weight loss. Diets act as a band-aid to a problem. Can you lose weight on a diet? Absolutely!  Will you have long lasting results? For 95% of people who go on diets, the answer is NO.


Diets tell you “If you eat this way you will lose weight.”


However for most people, what they eat is not nearly as important as why they eat.  I have been a vegetarian for 20 years, and I still battled weight issues, until I realized that I needed a mind, body, spirit approach to weight release; not just a diet which only focused on my body and the food I put into it.  Now don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that I advocate eating a diet that consists mainly of  fried foods, or fast food, or even processed foods, what I am suggesting is that once you focus on the integration of your body, mind, and spirit, you will naturally and intuitively eat what’s best for your body. I have seen this again and again with my clients.  read more
