In this session I use EFT Tapping for weight loss to clear our habits of emotional eating. Today’s emotions are depression, sadness and anger. Many things came up during the session that were linked to certain events in my life. One of the very important discoveries is that I am a highly sensitive person. If you are like me, and are very sensitive, eating could have been a way that you comforted those heavy emotions or coped with the overwhelming abundance of emotion that you felt.
When I was a child I heard numerous times how I “was just too sensitive”. So, since no one had any ideas on how to help me cope with my sensitivity, I ate so I wouldn’t feel so deeply.
The core issues that are uncovered during an EFT tapping for weight loss session are always very eye opening as well as refreshing, I feel lighter and more balanced. I am also very accepting of my sensitive nature and can handle emotions without eating through them anymore.
Tomorrow we use tapping for weight loss on the emotion of fear – fear of success!
When we think of weight loss, forgiveness doesn’t really come to mind. But what we need to remember is that we are complete, holistic beings comprised of Body, Mind, and Spirit, so when we forgive others and ourselves we are also lightening our load. When we lighten up we enable our body to effectively function at peak performance. Using EFT for weight loss and tapping on forgiveness issues is one of the ways to lighten up spiritually thus enhancing our success in all of our endeavors in the physical.
Forgiveness in and of itself is a pretty tough nut to crack. It’s very difficult to say “Okay, I am just going to forgive that person” and it’s done. It doesn’t usually work that way. Many times, we think in our mind that we have forgiven someone, but energetically that block is still there. This is where EFT comes in to play. It is one of the most, if not, THE most effective ways I have found to forgive.
Tomorrow I will use EFT for Weight Loss to tap on Boredom Eating. Do you eat when you’re bored? I know I do, and I want to end that habit now!
EFT for Weight loss – Day 14 – Listening to our bodies
Today I use EFT for Weight loss and tap on the issue that we are not always aware of what our bodies are telling us. Our bodies let us know when it is satisfied or when we are choosing a food that isn’t the best for us; however many times we don’t listen or more often we don’t HEAR the subtle cues.
When we structure EFT for weight loss, we also want to work on this sort of subject matter because it will increase our conscious awareness level to being more in control. Automatic pilot is disengaged and we take complete control, while listening to our bodies.
Do you binge eat? Are there certain stresses or events that trigger you to binge eat? Using EFT for weight loss can help release those old programs for good and help you to choose other, more healthy ways to deal with stress.
Tomorrow we tap on Increasing our awareness of our bodies. When our bodies tell us we are satisfied do we listen? Or do we ignore or not even have the awareness that we don’t need any more food?
Today we are tapping around the topic of snack eating – those crunchy, salty snack foods. Using EFT for weight loss is an amazing tool that can help eliminate your food cravings and addictions, by getting to the core of the addiction or craving.
I find that my cravings for crunchy, salty snacks comes from when I was young and we never had those kind of snack foods in the house, so I felt deprived and every time I had the chance to be around crunchy snack foods, like chips and pretzels, I couldn’t control my eating of them. By using EFT for weight loss I was able to recognize that core issue, and tap on that to bring down the charge snack eating has on me.
I love EFT, it is the most amazing tool for long lasting weight issues that I have ever found!
EFT for Weight Loss – Day 10: Slow Metabolism and Genetics
What wonderful successes I am having using EFT for Weight loss. Today’s topic is slow metabolism and genetics.
Last session (Day 8) , we tapped on seeing food and wanting to eat it, I totally cleared that old program and now looking at these yummy doughnuts below – doesn’t even ring a charge in me. I still remain at a zero emotional charge when looking at this photo.
Another huge success was eating at a salad bar yesterday – totally healthy choices and about half the food on my plate compared to before starting my EFT for weight loss project. EFT for weight loss truly works, it’s working for me and it can work for you too!

EFT for Weight Loss – Day 8 – When I see Food I want to eat it!
EFT for Weight loss is a magical living miracle! Time to get your Sexy back – Today I feel great, down 1 1/2 lbs, but feeling spectacular ~ sexy ~ confident ~ beautiful! Woohoo. Just releasing some old BAGGAGE can do a lot and not just talking about the pounds. When we use EFT for weight loss, we actually clear core issues that are at the heart of many of our eating issues. On day 7 I had a memory from Physical Ed class from when I was in 3rd grade – talk about releasing some baggage. Today we work on seeing food in a magazine or on TV and how that always makes me hungry even if I just ate. I tap while looking at a photo of a Red Velvet cupcake from a magazine. It’s truly amazing how EFT for weight loss actually helps eliminate those cravings and deletes old programs that have been running inside of us all this time!
EFT for Weight Loss – Day 7 – Motivation to Exercise
I am on day 7 of tapping for weight loss using the profound tool of EFT (emotional freedom technique), and today’s topic is on Motivation to Exercise.
I am not one of those people that live to exercise so finding the motivation to exercise is a real challenge for me. Using EFT on this issue has cleared some of that and after my tapping session I went out to my living room and did one of my exercise routines. So I cleared the lack of motivation to exercise pattern that has been controlling me. I still feel that there are some other core issues that I have to address and use EFT on, to totally clear this energy pattern, but I am well on the road to a healthier body mind and spirit!
Tomorrow we discuss using EFT to clear the See Food and Have to Eat it energy pattern!
Do you have a carb addiction? Using EFT to tap on those carb cravings and carb addictions may be the answer to your food issues. Also digging in and looking for core issues that are at the heart of the carb addiction and then do EFT to facilitate a release of the core issue as well.
